Job Profile Candidate coming with 1+ years but not more than 7 years of relevant experience in software development and support with Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills,who will be directly interacting with customers/end-users to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base.

Candidate should be BE/ MCA/ B.Tech/ BCA or Equivalent with experience in maintaining/ supporting Java/ JavaEE based product/ web applications. Experience working with Web/ Application servers (Preferably Apache, & Tomcat) SQL queries with MySQL, Oracle. Strong knowledge on Java, SQL, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure. Basic knowledge of VM’s, AWS, Azure. Must have strong written & verbal communication skills.

Having Knowledge on ITIL fundamentals would be an added advantage.
Any scripting language would be an added advantage (Ex: Bash)
Must have exceptional communication & coordination skills

Should have experience in providing Level 2 Support for US/ EU customers
Flexible with shifts (i.e. after – hours, weekends, and holidays) as needed
Provide 7×24 rotating on – call support
Must have strong analytical skills
