Job Profile We at Tech Mahindra Limited are hiring for International Voice Process (Technical Support)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate/ Under Graduate/ Post graduate & Diploma can apply.
Minimum 1 Year of International voice support experience (dealing with customers) is mandatory.
Experience into technical trouble shooting will be an added advantage.
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Key skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Good analytical and interpretation skills.
Knowledge on internet/technical concepts.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.

FRESHERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
Work location: Hitech City, Hyderabad.
