Job Profile Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ years of related experience. Exceptional customer-service skills, with high performance in delivering premium customer service. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional business appearance at all times. High attention to detail and advanced skills in developing systems and processes for smooth office operations

Motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced corporate environment; good time and task management skills

Key Skills:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc). – Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
